Join us on Tuesday the 22nd November for a culinary treat courtesy of the West Herts College Food Academy Programme.
Guests will experience cuisines from all corners of the world, along with a paired wine with each course.
Upon arrival guests will relax over a reception of blinis and bellinis, followed by a multicultural starter with a choice of crispy aromatic duck or New York style waldorf salad.
Our chefs-in-training will then transport diners to North Africa for a feast of delicately spiced lamb or vegetable tagine.
To conclude, guests will enjoy a tricolore of European desserts accompanied by a delectable dessert wine.
Raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the evening for a draw after dinner.
