These financial statements are not the company’s statutory accounts, which have been finalised and reported on by the auditors under section 235 Companies Act 1985. The auditors’ report contained no qualification. The financial statements contain details of the companies affairs at 31 December 2010 and of the excess of expenditure over income for the year ending on that date presented in the same format as previously used. Statutory accounts for the year ending 31 December 2010 have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies and the Charity Commisioners.

Full accounts, which have been audited by DTE Business Advisory Services Limited, are available on request from the Company Secretary.
